    Dreadful. Too much garlic; too much basil....the worst 'simple' bruschetta topping I've ever made. After leaving this overnight, I've removed as much of the garlic as possible; added more balsamic and oil; removed some of the basil to make this more palatable. I've also decided to use some goat cheese on the toasted bruschetta base to help this along.
