    I don’t like Balsamic vinegar so I mixed a little red wine & rice vinegars in its place and luckily the tomato n garlic take over your taste buds! I’m letting it set before using it but the taste I had was good!!!

    very nice, I added a small diced white onion and used grape seed oil in the mixture with pink flaky salt. toasted a sourdough baguette. delicious.

    very good. I added home grown oregano and Rosemary to the miss. excellent.
    very easy to make only had 4 tomatoes so split everything in half added some rosemary and used sea salt instead
