Delicious and a great way to use those summer tomatoes. Half a recipe was perfect for our store’s bread loaf size. Next time, I’ll add more feta.

I don’t like Balsamic vinegar so I mixed a little red wine & rice vinegars in its place and luckily the tomato n garlic take over your taste buds! I’m letting it set before using it but the taste I had was good!!!

very nice, I added a small diced white onion and used grape seed oil in the mixture with pink flaky salt. toasted a sourdough baguette. delicious.

turned out great! just substituted pink salt and added a touch more fresh cracked pepper and balsamic

very easy to make only had 4 tomatoes so split everything in half added some rosemary and used sea salt instead
