- 1 qt. chicken stock (homemade or canned, or 2 cups stock plus 2 cups water)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (any mild, not-too-herbal, or canned stewed tomatoes)
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (preferable fire-roasted)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (commercial)
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (vinegary, such as Tabasco, Frank’s RedHot, or Crystal)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or brown sugar, light or dark)
- 2 russet potatoes (fist-size, peeled and cut into ¾-inch dice)
- 1 1/2 cups lima beans (tender-cooked Camellia Brand Large)
- 10 oz. frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 lb. okra (fresh, stemmed and cut into ½ -inch slices)
