I used coconut oil instead of sunflower - because I don't keep thag on hand! In addition to the 1/4 cup of water I found it necessary to add roughly 1 cup of almond milk to make it even mixable! An additional teaspoon of almond extract (for flavor), a splash of melted coconut oil (to prevent sticking) and 1/4.teaspoon baking powder (to make sure that it would rise). Rich and nutty (without nut consistency) but light, fluffy, and crumbly!

Had to add way more water than said in the recipe, but otherwise very delicious brownies! Love that they are vegan!
