I didn’t put any of the cacao nibs in because I made them after the shops had closed but these are very nice. Might have cooked them for a tad too long by accident but the inside was still gooey!

I agree that the batter is a sticky, wet batter that spreads as it bakes. I'm glad you liked these. Let me know if you try refrigerating, then shaping. I'd love to hear how it goes.
