I just finished making this today. Very skeptical about the cookie dough not being baked but I followed the directions exactly and it did turn out very good. It's really really rich and not as sugary sweet as I thought it would be but only a sliver is needed. While it is easy to do even with three layers it took a good part of the day to actually get it completely done. I'd highly recommend it.
