- 1 tsp. kosher salt (use less or omit if flour blend has added salt)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 4 bananas (very ripe)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 whole lemons (zested, use more if you want a more pronounced lemon undertone)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream (or yogurt)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 70 grams gluten (free flour mix, or an equal amount of regular flour, about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 cup turbinado sugar (or sugar in the raw)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter (cold)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sugar
