Ah Mazing! I’ve known forever the hidden value in browned butter, but for some reason avoided it! We’ll, I embraced this brown butter with gusto and believe me, it DOES NOT DISSAPOINT! In a separate skillet, I prepared garlic shrimp and added fresh spinach. Instead of plating, I added the spinach-shrimp mixture on top of the brown buttered pasta. Yum! (No pun intended!)

One of the best pasta dishes I have made. Make sure you grate your own cheese.

This was so quick and easy to make!!! It turned out DELICIOUS!!!! I will NEVER buy pre made Alfred again!!

So easy to make and SOOO delicious. I added minced garlic to the butter right before browning it though. My kids who can sometimes be picky, asked for a second serving!!
