It was delicious and super easy to make. I don’t have a stand mixer so just mixed it up with a spatula, pouring in the flour a little bit at a time. Also used a bit more brown sugar than called for but it was perfect! Will make again

These were very buttery and the texture was perfect. Not quite sweet enough. Will be adding a bit more sugar next time. Overall a good cookie. Super quick and easy.
