- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 bell pepper (thinly sliced, any color or a mix)
- 3 carrots (thinly sliced, or about 10 baby carrots, thinly sliced vertically - or sub 1/2 a bag of matchstick carrots)
- 4 green onions (sliced on diagonal)
- toasted sesame seeds (to sprinkle)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ginger (fresh grated, or sub 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1 Tbsp. chile sauce (spicy, or sub about 1 teaspoon hot sauce and 1 teaspoon minced garlic - adjust to your spice level liking)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
