I made this as a side with dinner tonight and everyone enjoyed it! The bonus....it is the easiest recipe to make!! I’ll be making this again soon!

So good! I added cinnamon, but I think I will like it better with less sugar

So good! Though I recommend if adding cinnamon, put a little less than 1/2 a teaspoon in.

I’m always looking for new ways to serve vegetables and this carrot recipe is so easy and really good. I didn’t have baby carrots but cut up regular ones and they worked great. I roasted them with some cinnamon as suggested and it added another level of flavor we really liked.

This was delicious, the brown sugar didn’t melt completely with just tossing them in it so I covered the dish...

This was a great side dish. I wouldn't change a thing and would definitely make it again. It was the right amount of sweetness.

These were great! They reminded me of sweet potato fries. I used an olive oil on them and turned them about midway through cooking.
