I don’t own a broiler pan which probably would have cooked everything more evenly, but it was still delicious nonetheless. The bacon wrapped on top came out perfect and crisp, however, the bottom was still uncooked. It has the slight sweetness from the brown sugar and honey, with the salty and savory bacon. Yum!
