Really tasty! The coconut oil is a great substitute if you’re trying to bake something dairy-free!

This recipe is so easy and satisfies every time! I love making small tweaks depending on what I’m craving. Sometimes I add some almond extract to give it more of a snickerdoodle twang. Other times I leave out the cinnamon and add chocolate chips. You really can’t go wrong. Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely delicious! Used the coconut oil in liquid form & worked out beautifully. I was out of brown sugar, so i substituted regular. These cookies will satisfy the sweet tooth for anyone who loves coconut, cinnamon, & sugar!
