- 5 vegetables (cups mixed chopped, I used carrots, cauliflower & broccoli)
- 2 frozen edamame (cups, buy it shelled)
- 3 vegetable oil (tbsp, such as canola or peanut)
- 4 black beans (heaping tablespoons salted)
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 3 toasted sesame oil (tbsp)
- 3 mirin (tbsp, or Seasoned Rice vinegar)
- sambal oelek
- hot sauce
- chinese plum sauce
