  • 5 vegetables (cups mixed chopped, I used carrots, cauliflower & broccoli)
  • 2 frozen edamame (cups, buy it shelled)
  • 3 vegetable oil (tbsp, such as canola or peanut)
  • 4 black beans (heaping tablespoons salted)
  • 1/4 soy sauce
  • 3 toasted sesame oil (tbsp)
  • 3 mirin (tbsp, or Seasoned Rice vinegar)
