  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot chilli sauce (Siracha, or to taste)
  • 2 drops sesame oil (or regular oil)
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper, to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for shallow frying)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (finely chopped)
  • 9 spring onions (small, finely chopped)
  • 3/4 red bell pepper (cut in julienne)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (each, and pepper, or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot chilli sauce (Siracha)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • tofu (marinated and shallow fried)
  • spring onions (green for garnishing)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
