    This was so easy to make, and is a stick-to-your-ribs but healthy breakfast. Whipping the egg in really adds a nice fluff and wholeness to the dish. I drizzled honey on top instead of mixing it in because I found it more fun to eat it that way. Looks nice, too. I added ground flaxseed and berries on top.
