I used olive oil and didn’t grind my flax seeds. They came out good but I think next time I might try adding something to make it less dense or roll them thinner. They have a great flavor though and I will definitely be remaking

These are delicious. I used Chia seeds instead of flax seeds. Be sure to watch the time since the thickness of my crackers determined cooking time. I will definitely make it again.
