- 1 vanilla bean
- 260 grams powdered sugar (I used raw cane sugar)
- 43 grams flour (I used whole wheat spelt flour)
- 6 egg whites (I had an oops moment and used 7, it was more fluffy, which is good in my book)
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 220 grams chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
