It didn’t wow me. It was pretty dry but somehow still rich. I think lemon would help cut some of the fat, but I honestly wouldn’t make it again.

Turned out great..added a little heavy cream on the mushroom to make it less dry, kids loved it.

It’s good, a bit dry even with all the butter and oil lol maybe I used too much pasta? Either way, it was still really good

Great. I also used bacon and did breadcrumbs in bacon grease. Also added Parmesan cheese.

This is delicious! I did follow the advice from another reviewer and add bacon. I toasted the bread crumbs in the bacon grease instead of using the olive oil. I also topped off the finished dish with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Not bad. Had pretty good flavor even though I only used 6 tablespoons of butter instead of 8. Seems like the dish could use more ingredients though. I would have to experiment with this one. If I made it again it would just be for a quick meal.

My whole family really liked this. It was good and flavorful. I did wait for butter brown a little longer than the recipe suggested. I complimented the pasta with a parmesan salmon and asparagus.

I didn’t care for it but hubby ate his all. The bread crumbs seem like an afterthought.

I can’t get over how amazing this dish was! Was a bit dry, but it was so good, I would have ordered this in a restaurant.

Pretty unimpressed, definitely needed more to it than 5 ingredients. Maybe good in a pinch if you have nothing else in though.

Super simple, super delicious. I just used normal breadcrumbs but I used a lot less than the recipe requested.

Please make sure you use the instructed breadcrumbs. I used regular breadcrumbs and it came out way too thick and tasting like bread

It was really good ! We used it as a side dish for a tuna steak, it was great ! Maybe add a little more olive oil or use salted butter

Delicious! I also added artichokes and lemon on top for taste; but the recipe is very tasty as-is! My family requested I make it again for the next two days.

it was super delicious, and was even better the day after for lunch! Definitely will be a family favorite. The whole family thought it was fantastic. I took some tips from others, and doubled the mushrooms and it was yummy!
