Total comfort food and a meal in itself, and make sure you have a loaf of nice crusty bread and a bottle of wine. You wont be disappointed!

I thought the flavors were spot on, but I agree with some reviewers about the bread crumbs ... perhaps 1/2 cup of bread crumbs was over the top. It made the pasta quite dry, although I did like the toasted texture. Next time I might add a splash of white wine or cream and perhaps lemon zest or toasted pine nuts for texture.

It was ok, but nothing to be excited about. Maybe because I substituted all that real butter (to avoid a heart attack/stroke!) on pasta with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. It just wasn't as fluid as the picture suggests.....& yes, I doubled the ingredients for 2! I still didn't get careless with the butter substitute. Maybe the real butter is a necessity!
