After reading the reviews, I decided to add a little more butter, more mushrooms and some red pepper flakes. I made the breadcrumbs but let each person add there own after I coated the spaghetti. I will make this again, maybe with sundries tomatoes, peas, and Prosciutto.

I was looking forward to try this recipe.. not bad but also not a favorite of mine. My family didn’t like it either. I followed the recipe exactly as it is on the website. On the positive side, it is very easy and is done very quick.. perfect for weeknights.

Insanely tasty! Don't do too much garlic tho or it's gonna turn bitter! You can also perfectly go for toast bread for the crumbs. The portioning would then be: 1 slice per serving. And definitely put in more mushrooms. I used about 600gr, so double the recipe's. Optionally, you can put whipped creme into the mix making the dish creamy. I put the whipped cream in right after my mushrooms and garlic had cooked. Also add some cheese of your liking while the cream is cooking to give it a denser and tastier finish. The cream is finished when on a swipe of your spatula the cream recedes very slowly back at its former place, so when about half its original volume is lost.
