- 1/2 cup shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 4 oz. halibut fillets (grilled or broiled)

Directions
- Bring broth, shallots and lemon juice to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over high heat. Continue boiling 10 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Remove from heat. Stir in Promise® Buttery Spread, parsley and lemon peel with wire whisk. Serve over halibut.
