First time making lobster tails. This recipe made it very easy and my wife and I were very pleased with the results. I modified two things: baked in aluminum foil at 450° once I found out the broiling function must have malfunctioned on my oven; I used black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper in place of the ground white pepper.
