We substituted 1/4 cup Sriracha Mayonnaise and 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise for the mayo. We seasoned the fish with garlic salt and black pepper and squeezed fresh lemon juice over the top. We spread the sauce over halibut and salmon and cooked as indicated. It was a tasty meal with sautéed green beans, onions and mushrooms.
