Husband doesn't like broccoli but liked the soup. Added lots of spices (smoked paprika, bonenkruid, cayenne and more) and lemon juice. Served with boiled egg and hemp seeds to add protein and crusty whole grain bread to add carbs.
Made it second time, without broccoli, much better this way as mint flavour comes out more. Added more potatoes, apples and some other veg I still had. Also added spices similar to above and other stuff. Basically completely different recipe, which was Very nice!
