- 2 spring onions (trimmed)
- 100 grams snow peas (tailed)
- 200 grams soba noodles (dried)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove (finely grated)
- 1 knob ginger (finely grated)
- 2 Tbsp. soy (or tamari, *check gluten-free if required)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine (mirin, Japanese)
- 1 Tbsp. chilli sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 lime (or lemon, cut into wedges)
