  • 90 grams ham (diced, or turkey breast)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (in strips)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (in thin half-moon slices)
  • 3 cups lettuce (assorted, chopped into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch dried tarragon (crushed)
