- 2 broccoli florets
- 2 cups short pasta (preferably whole-wheat)
- 90 grams ham (diced, or turkey breast)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (in strips)
- 1/4 cup red onion (in thin half-moon slices)
- 3 cups lettuce (assorted, chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. onion (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch dried tarragon (crushed)
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Heat the water with salt. Cook the broccoli al dente in the water. Remove it from the heat, immerse in cold water, and set aside.
- In the same water the broccoli was cooked in, cook the pasta al dente, following the instructions on the package.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta, broccoli, ham, bell pepper, and onion.
