- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable (Better Bouillon, concentrate - don't dissolve in water; it's there to lend flavour)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
