Ingredients

- linguine
- broccoli (broken into small pieces)
- tomatoes (baby)
- 4 anchovies
- red chilli (chopped very fine, or use ready chopped frozen cube)
- olive oil

Directions
- cook the linguine until soft, then add broccoli florets and blanch unit they are just tender, drain
- heat olive oil, anchovies and chilli until anchovies are melted into the oil
- return linguine and broccoli to the saucepan with the tomatoes, and add the spicy oil, stir well and heat through thoroughly
- serve with salad and crusty bread
