I loved it ! I tweaked it a little by sautéing, the onions and peppers and broccoli before adding it to the rice but it was delicious

This was a favorite growing up. Only change I made was using chicken broth to cook my rice in. Was just as good as I remembered will definitely make again.

I’ve been making this for 20 plus years. I don’t care for minced onions so I use a small onion diced and cook in butter. Next I don’t like cream of mushroom soup so I use whatever cream soup I have on hand, anything from cheddar cheese to cream of onions. If you use cheddar cheese soup then cut back on grated cheese if you wish.

I tried to make it more healthy. I added a whole onion and mushrooms. I even added real cheese. It had no flavor. So then I added Velveeta and it was great. Unfortunately no altering the fake cheese recipe if you want it to taste great.

I used velveeta instead of cheese whiz. It didn’t melt as good as it should have. I recommend adding the cheese to the rice before everything else for prime melting. Also, I added bread crumbs to the top.

Really easy recipe and was delicious! Reminded me of my mom's.
My family enjoyed it so much that the next time I added chicken and it was a hit as well!!!

Good but needs some type of seasoning perhaps salt. Overall it was a great dish I made chicken on the side and it turned out amazing
