    This was really easy and very good. I reheated it in a skillet with butter for breakfast (like making French toast) and next time I will use a full cup of broccoli. Maybe even some diced ham!

    not a big hit. the batter seperated. broccoli on top and all egg on bottom. a good breakfast snack. but i would not consider this a bread. yes low carb keto friendly for sure.
