I’ve made this a few times (minus the cheese) and we love it at my house. Such an easy way to get veggies in for the whole family. I use an entire container of liquid egg whites and this makes a huge portion - we have leftovers for days!

Yum!!! Used rice bran spray for the oil and doubled the broccoli. Was absolutely delicious, will have leftovers for lunch and will definitely make again!
