super quick and simple i made it as my main for dinner, added some pinenuts to give it a bit extra, i think it would go well with a little chilli through it too. recipe is great as is though!

My family loved it! After cooking it in the skillet I added some cooked ground beef to it and the heat from the beef continued cooking the broccoli which made it even softer, at first I thought it was a bad thing that I over-cooked it a bit but that ended up making it much better; it mixed nicely with the beef! It turned out great!! Totally going to be making this again sometime soon!

Delicious & simple! I made this in an instant pot and it worked really well (used 16 oz of frozen broccoli). If you use this method just make sure not to overcook the broccoli. I steamed for 2 minutes and it was almost too soft. Next time I think ill set it to 0.

Tasted great! So simple to make too. I threw in some button mushrooms and Parmesan cheese to the mix.
