- 400 grams broccoli (lightly steam, and then put it in the food processor till it's fine but you still know it's broccoli)
- 150 grams mozzarella (shedded, but you can use any hard cheese that you have like cheddar or Parmesan just use a grater to shred it finely)
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 8 oz. tuna (drain)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (I used honeyville brand)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder

Just made about half and with one teaspoon flour, made 4 nice size patties and they tasted really good, will be making again!
