Made these last night & they came out fantastic! Only thing I did differently was I seasoned the outside of the chicken with mc cormicks garlic & herb seasoning. I only had mozzarella & cream cheese which was super Yumm, will make again!

I used frozen broccoli florets and doubled the veggies to 2 cups, halved the cream cheese (used whipped too for further calorie cutting) and instead of cutting pockets I used thin cuts breasts like a sandwich and put the filling in between before putting it in the oven. I also used cream of chicken as a gravy and baked with it for more moisture. SO GOOD. Absolutely delicious! Zero carbs except for the 2 TBSP of breadcrumbs and for four people that was very negligible while still adding lots of flavor and binding.

It was extremely good. My husband loved it and he had a biggger chicken breast than me, so he probably got more of the stuffing. Only thing I changed was in place of salt and pepper, I used Mrs Dash Garlic & Herbs for seasoning.

This turns out great I added some green onions to the cheese mixture and my whole family loved it

It was delicious. I added cream of mushroom soup and rice mixture in the skillet prior to putting it in the oven. It came out extremely moist.

This was absolutely fabulous!! Only thing I did different was sprinkled a little shredded cheese over the top during and put it back in the oven for 3-4 minutes after the meat had come to temperature.

i added some garlic to the broccoli mix, also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, i couldn't justify leaving the outside of the chicken just plain. other than that, it was really good.

turned out wonderful, be generous with the stuffing because that's where most of the flavor comes from

Used bread crumbs instead of browning it on the stove first— came out delicious!!

Very easy recipe especially when i was trying to find something new and delicious and quick to do with chicken. My girls loved it and cleaned their plates. What a great Sunday dinner!!

It came out so good! And it was super easy to make. I recommend using Italian bread crumbs for extra flavor I also used the bread crumbs to flavor the chicken as well as using salt and pepper.

Make sure to have thin chicken breast. I don't eat meat so I put each patttie betwern wax paper and used a heavy glass to flatten them out since my wood rolling pin didn't do the job. The leftovers found their way as filling into the rolled biscuits I was making.

turned out well i actually seasoned my breast instead of just using salt and pepper.
