    i added some garlic to the broccoli mix, also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, i couldn't justify leaving the outside of the chicken just plain. other than that, it was really good.

    It came out so good! And it was super easy to make. I recommend using Italian bread crumbs for extra flavor I also used the bread crumbs to flavor the chicken as well as using salt and pepper.

    Make sure to have thin chicken breast. I don't eat meat so I put each patttie betwern wax paper and used a heavy glass to flatten them out since my wood rolling pin didn't do the job. The leftovers found their way as filling into the rolled biscuits I was making.

    Family loved it!!! Had to broil it a bit at the end to get that lightly toatsed look ok the stuffing as well. wouldve been great with just a bit of chicken au jus on top but woth sprinkinling a little bit of shredded cheese ob top, it was a beautiful dish.

    This is a new family favorite. We added cooked rice to the leftover filling, filled the baking dish with it, and placed the chicken on top. Super yummy side dish!
