Description
I've seen the bags of Broccoli Slaw in the store. I Googled it and discovered it was just the shredded stalks!!! So with my trusty Inspiralizer I made my own.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 3 stalks broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (Creamy)
- 1/2 tsp. braggs liquid aminos
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Directions
- Inpiralize the broccoli stalks (or use a large grater or madolin).
- In medium bowl mix all other ingredients.
- Add the broccoli slaw created in step 1 and toss to coat.
- Chill for 30 minutes (up to overnight)..
