- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup flour (Ragi, Finger Millet Flour)
- 1 Tbsp. methi (Kasoor, Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 3 cups broccoli (processed)
- 1 cup spinach (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. chaat masala
- 1 tsp. paprika powder
- 1 tsp. garlic paste (ginger-)
- 1/2 tsp. asafoetida powder
- 1 Tbsp. organic coconut oil (use any oil as per choice, I used coconut oil due to its health benefits)
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. pickled cucumber (finely chopped, Slit cucumber in half and dip it in apple cider vinegar overnight)
- 1 Tbsp. dill (finely chopped, or mint as per choice)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
