I always cook my broccoli just a tiny bit for these salads. I like the texture better that way.
Also, I used red wine vinegar (a little more than called for) and a little less sugar. I added apple and skipped the nuts though I might add pecans or roasted walnuts next time.
It is really very good.
Next time, I might try replacing some of the mayo with plain Greek yogurt just to make it a little healthier.

Good flavor, I substituted some of the mayo with Greek yogurt and walnuts instead of pecans.

Loved it! Could use a little smokey flavour, it’s very sweet and miracle whip-y but very good!
