    Very easy to make and delicious
    So simple yet so delicious! Added some cherry tomatoes and chopped pecans to the salad.

    Amazing! used Dijon and apple cider vinegar,not having Rice wine vinegar, so i added a 1/2 tsp of stevia sweetner. added a sprinkle of Parmesan at serving. husband and i were amazed with how delicious 😋

    Really enjoy the vinaigrette and added cauliflower, capsicum, corn (had some left over from a tin), sprouts and buck wheat for some crunch. Don’t be afraid to add additional stuff to recipe - just put in what you want it’s the vinaigrette that adds the punch
