  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped finely, about ¼ of a medium onion)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (packed, chopped finely, about ½ a bunch)
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins (chopped, I used flame raisins because I like the flavor, but use what you have)
  • 1/4 cup brazil nuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
