This turned out great! I was happy to have a receipe for quinoa. I didn’t have time to go to store so I used canned chicken.

Turned out great! Used ground beef and cut recipe in half since it’s just me and my bf here. Didn’t put in oven just made on stovetop. Added few seasonings as per ratings.. i.e. Slap ya mama, fresh cilantro, dried minced onions, and everything bagel seasoning all in the quinoa! Didn’t bother with the oven step, didn’t really see the point! It was delicious! Next time when I have chicken on hand I will have to try it out! Maybe with mushrooms 😉🤔

I used shredded turkey instead of chicken which gave it a different consistency. I also used light sour cream instead of greek yogurt. The kids all liked it. Next time I'll use chicken.

I’ve made this a few times now - and the first time was a real bust. I think I might’ve curdled the dairy in the mixture, perhaps, or not followed directions well. The second time I made it, it was perfect! My roommate and I were astonished that it turned out so much better. (We only made it again because we still had the ingredients for it, not because we’re masochists)
Overall, I’d give this a 5/5. I have to follow the directions exactly!!! Every time I’ve made this after the first time, it’s been perfect! Thank you so much for this recipe :)

Great! Used crushed butter crackers for the topping and also added mushrooms to the broccoli/quinoa

Excellent! It was a bit liquid at first, but after the 5-10mins in the oven it was perfect

I actually used packaged, steam in the microwave broccoli, packaged, steam in the microwave quinoa, and the quinoa had tomatoes, spinach, spices and parmesan cheese in it. I also doubled and a half the amount of panko to make it super crispy. It came out with more of a soupy consistency than I was expecting but my family loves it, including my two-year-old! Yay!

We followed the recipe but added cream of mushroom, onions, garlic and seasoned the chicken with kicken chicken. Turned out great!

This was so good, but giving it four stars because I took the advice of others and had to add the garlic and onions. Otherwise, I’m sure it would have been bland. Also, give yourself plenty of cooking time. The timing they gave was not accurate at all.

Turned out great! Hubby & 2 children loved it!! Next time I’m going to try and incorporate garlic with it, mmmmm flavor!

It was okay but a little bland needs something to give it a little more flavor maybe cooking the quinoa in chicken stock would help!

This recipe was okay. My husband loved it much more than I did. Perhaps it's that I'm not a casserole person, but I am doubtful I'll be making this again unless if it is requested.

Wow! What happened? I hate quinoa but adore this dish!!! Thr flavour is all there and the directions spot-on. Perfect dinner!

Delish! My non-Quinoa eating fiancé actually wanted to give eight stars. Definitely going to add this to the healthy rotation!
