- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 1 3/4 lb. broccoli (head of)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese (finely grated)

- red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pizza dough (recipe, below)
- 1 sauce (recipe white, above)
- 2 oz. provolone (coarsely grated)
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese (whole milk, torn by hand into small pieces)
- 2 oz. pepperoni (minced)
- 250 grams bread flour (2 scant cups)
- 1 1/4 tsp. yeast (either instant or active dry)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (or table salt)
- 150 grams water (plus more as needed)
