The rice was mushy, overall the meal was kinda bland…. All I really tasted was bread crumbs.

Overall, pretty good. The rice is a little mushy. I added more seasonings to the chicken. Recipe is very simple and easy so I would make this again.

I’ve tried making this recipe twice. Both times the rice comes out uncooked.

came out good. I used brown rice instead of white rice and added my own seasoning. But overall very good.

Turned out great!! I changed it up quite a bit though, since I like chicken bakes very flavorful. In a casserole pan, I sautéed mushrooms, garlic and an onion with basil and parsley; 'peppered' with garlic salt and pepper. When the onions softened up, I added the cream of chicken, and used chicken stock instead of water. Turned out AMAZING. So much flavor, and rice came out perfect. Highly suggest this change up, made it savory and delightful. Enjoy!!
