Not much flavor. If I make it next time, I may steam the broccoli beforehand and then add it to the casserole to be baked. As well, I think the cream cheese mixture needs to be poured over the the chicken and broccoli.

Do NOT use fresh mozzarella. Use cheese shredded in a bag already. I used ½ cup of broth and it helps it form better.

Delicious. I gradually added broth to cream cheese until it was thick and creamy. I used approximately 3/4 cup of broth. Definitely broil to crisp cheese on top.
