Yummy creamy and delicious. Easy to follow, no fancy Chefy techniques needed. In my recipe she had us roast 1 head of broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper in oven at 425 for 15 to 18 mins until brown and tender. She the said use for garnish but I just put it I soup to purée and give another level of flavor. As good as Panera!
