I have made this casserole twice and have loved it. The one downfall is it is a little time-consuming to make. The fact that I have to cook everything before putting it in the casserole dirties a lot of dishes so time to get it ready and then the cleanup time is pretty extensive. Overall a very good dish just not something you can whip up quickly.
