- 1 1/2 cups broccoli (finely chopped, a bag of Eat Smart broccoli florets are ready to use!)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (see notes)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
