    We found the soup a bit bland needs something to jazz it up a bit. I could see from the start, one batch wouldn't be nearly enough to feed 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I doubled the recipe and that still wasn't enough. Each of us got 1 bowl before the pan was empty...on a double batch. The soup is very creamy and has good body. Will just need to think about what else to add to the base.
