    UHMAZING! I did switch up one ingredient.. instead of brown rice I decided to use a box of Uncle Bens wild rice that includes a seasoning packet (not the healthiest, I know). I never seem to have much luck getting dishes to taste flavorful when I use brown rice. But using the boxed rice made this dish even more outstanding! Definitely a must make and a new staple over here for this pregnant animal 👌🏽
