I used a blender to mix through the veg at the end. As it otherwise felt like i was just making a vege mornay. But still very tasty.

Tasted great with simple readily available ingrediants. instructions were spot on. Carefull on steaming the vegitables they will get soft after 8 min. Will make again with different cheeses. I think there can be many variations to change up flavors as desired. Great as is though.
