This is a very easy recipe to make and is pretty much foolproof. Easily made by any individual with any skill level. It is an excellent side dish for most meals.

The first time I made this by the recipe and it had too much mayo for our taste. The second time, I used same amounts of Mayo mix but used 4 cups of broccoli and cauliflower and it was perfect. Oh—andi didn’t have any peas on hand so used chopped hard boiled eggs instead. We will always add the eggs in the future, too!

Made this for Thanksgiving my kids loved it and asked me to make it again for Christmas! Very easy to make and you can do it the night before.
