- 2 lb. broccoli (frozen or fresh, steamed or boiled until tender, make sure to salt it)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth (I just use 1 cup water and 1 tsp chicken bullion)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream (or plain greek yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
